Though we have had our share of challenges including fighting inflation, maintaining a comfortable staff level, and supply chain issues, we are grateful to say we have had our most impressive year! Here’s our 2022 in review:<\/p>\n

new locations and new team members!<\/h3>\n

We opened two new locations<\/a>! The first was on August 4 at 1333 n. Santa Fe Ave in Edmond<\/a>, Oklahoma and the second was on December 9 at 41st & Yale in Tulsa<\/a>, Oklahoma! Thanks for loving big biscuits, Okies!<\/p>\n

new menu items<\/h3>\n

We introduced three iced coffee<\/a> options on our new beverages menu – french vanilla, mocha, and salted caramel! We also added a French Vanilla Cappuccino for our hot coffee lovers! And, we added all this and our existing drink options to a new, easy-to-read beverage menu.<\/p>\n

new merchandise website<\/h3>\n

We added a merchandise page on our website<\/a> with two new t-shirt designs and a campfire mug. Check it out to get a gift for your favorite Biscuit Lover.<\/p>\n

New egift card option<\/h3>\n

Before this year, you could only purchase our universal gift card in the restaurants. Now, you can get them on our website<\/a> and we have a new option to email gift cards to your Biscuit Lovers!<\/p>\n

new catering options<\/h3>\n

Got a large gathering of family, friends or coworkers? Now you can treat them to a Bigger, Better Breakfast with a catering bundle!<\/a> Our Bigger Better Breakfast Bundle includes 16 strips of black label bacon, 8 hand pattied sausages, breakfast potatoes, 8 freshly baked buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy – enough for eight to ten people!<\/p>\n

pajamajam success!<\/h3>\n

With your help and working with Q104, we collected thousands of pajamas<\/a> for Operation Breakthrough to keep kids in need warm this winter. Thank you for your generosity, Kansas City Biscuit Lovers!<\/p>\n

We’re hosting a Community Blood Drive<\/a> at the Big Biscuit HQ on January 9 from 9 am – 2 pm. We still have donation times available so please consider joining us!<\/p>\n
